Excluding several holidays, our office hours are normally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., however we do offer additional hours, as available.  Between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., secretaries are available to take your calls.  If your call cannot be handled by our secretaries, we have professionally trained Technicians available to provide additional assistance regarding the nature of your problem.  Should your situation be an emergency, a Technician will consult with a Doctor and return your call in a timely manner.  After hours, we have an Answering Service assigned to take all calls.  In emergent situations, they will direct your call to the appropriate medical provider available.  Please limit such calls to true emergencies as there is limited access to your medical records.  You can also direct any comment or questions to our e-mail address: Info@eyecenterne.com
